Terms of service

These terms set the basic rules for using Wazzl responsibly. A separately agreed order or written agreement may add terms for a particular workspace.

Effective 24 August 2026Contact: moustafamohsen1@gmail.com

1. Agreement and authority

By creating an account, accepting an invitation, or using Wazzl, you agree to these terms. If you use Wazzl for an organisation, you confirm that you are authorised to accept these terms and use the service for that organisation. Do not use Wazzl if you cannot lawfully agree to these terms.

2. The service

Wazzl provides a shared workspace for customer conversations, including contacts, team assignments, handovers, notes, and supported WhatsApp messaging. Features can change as the product develops. Preview, pilot, or early-access functions may be changed, limited, or withdrawn.

Live WhatsApp access depends on Meta, the connected WhatsApp Business Account, phone-number eligibility, provider policies, and any required approvals. Wazzl does not control those third-party decisions or promise uninterrupted provider availability.

3. Accounts and workspaces

  • Provide accurate account information and keep it current.
  • Protect account credentials, use individual accounts, and promptly report suspected compromise.
  • Workspace owners and admins are responsible for invitations, member roles, channel connections, and authorised use in their workspace.
  • You are responsible for activity carried out through accounts and integrations under your control, except to the extent caused by Wazzl’s failure to meet its obligations.

4. Customer data and instructions

As between Wazzl and the workspace customer, the customer retains its rights in contact, message, media, note, and other workspace content. The customer authorises Wazzl to process that content only to provide, secure, support, and maintain the service, comply with lawful instructions, and meet legal obligations.

The customer confirms it has a lawful basis and required notices or permissions for the data it provides and the people it messages. Wazzl may use service statistics that do not identify a person or reveal a customer’s confidential content to operate and understand the service.

5. Acceptable use

You must follow the Acceptable Use Policy, applicable law, and Meta and WhatsApp terms and policies. In particular, do not send spam, impersonate others, bypass consent or opt-out requirements, upload malicious code, probe other workspaces, or use Wazzl to harm people.

6. Third-party services

Wazzl relies on services including Meta/WhatsApp, cloud hosting, email delivery, support, monitoring, and error reporting. Those services may have their own terms, privacy practices, limits, and availability. Connecting a provider authorises the exchanges needed to deliver that integration.

7. Availability and support

Wazzl works to keep the service available and secure, but does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Maintenance, security work, provider failures, and events outside reasonable control can affect access. Current public checks are available on the status page; support is available through support.

8. Suspension and service protection

Wazzl may limit or suspend access when reasonably needed to prevent harm, respond to a security or legal issue, protect another customer, address material or repeated policy violations, or comply with a provider instruction. Where practical and lawful, Wazzl will provide notice and an opportunity to resolve the issue.

9. Ending use and deletion

You may stop using Wazzl at any time. Account and workspace deletion follow identity, authority, cooling-off, and operational safeguards described on the data deletion page. Workspace owners should export or preserve anything they are legally required to keep before deletion is completed.

Wazzl may close an account for material breach after reasonable notice when circumstances allow. Sections intended by their nature to continue—including responsibility for prior activity, intellectual-property terms, disclaimers, and dispute provisions—survive closure.

10. Wazzl materials and feedback

Wazzl and its licensors retain rights in the service, branding, software, documentation, and non-customer materials. These terms give you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service while the account is authorised. Feedback may be used to improve Wazzl without an obligation to compensate you, but it will not transfer ownership of your workspace content.

11. Disclaimers

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Wazzl is provided on an “as available” basis. Wazzl does not make promises not expressly stated in these terms and is not responsible for decisions, messages, or commitments made by workspace users, contacts, or third-party providers. Nothing in these terms excludes a right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded.

12. Responsibility and liability

Each party remains responsible for losses it causes under applicable law. To the extent a limitation can lawfully apply, neither party is responsible for indirect or consequential loss that was not reasonably foreseeable. Any additional liability cap, fee remedy, service level, or indemnity must be stated in an applicable written order or agreement; this public page does not invent one.

13. Changes

Wazzl may update these terms to reflect product, provider, legal, or security changes. Material changes will be posted with a revised effective date and, where appropriate, communicated to affected account holders. Continuing to use the service after an update takes effect means the updated terms apply, except where law requires another form of agreement.

14. Applicable law and disputes

Applicable law and the appropriate dispute forum depend on the customer’s location, consumer status, and any separate written agreement. The parties should first try to resolve concerns in good faith by contacting moustafamohsen1@gmail.com. This section does not remove mandatory rights or impose a jurisdiction that has not been agreed.
