Verify your deletion request
Save this confirmation code. It does not reveal your email address or account identity and is the only value needed to check progress.

Your Wazzl login
Requests deletion of the account identified by your verified email, subject to checks for workspaces you own and records that must be retained.
A whole team workspace
Only an authorised workspace owner can complete this request. Cooling-off and operator checks protect other members and connected channel data from accidental deletion.
Your conversation data
Use this if a business using Wazzl has messaged with you. Additional identity and workspace checks are normally required because an email alone does not prove control of a phone number.
Do not include secrets or conversation content. This form needs only a request type and email address. Never send a password, access token, verification code, message transcript, or private media.
3. What happens next
- Email verification: use the one-time link within one hour. The token stays in the browser URL fragment, is removed before the verification request is made, and can be used only once.
- Identity and authority review: account ownership, workspace-owner authority, and the connection between a WhatsApp contact and a workspace are checked as appropriate.
- Active-system target: after the necessary identity and authority checks are complete, Wazzl targets deletion of eligible content from active systems within 24 hours.
- Status: save the opaque confirmation code. The public status response contains only the request type, lifecycle state, and relevant timestamps—not an email address, phone number, message, or internal identifier.
The 24-hour target starts only after all required identity and authority verification is complete. Until then, the request has not entered eligible active processing. A workspace request can also require cooling-off and operator safeguards. A WhatsApp-contact request usually remains at “additional identity verification required” until Wazzl can safely connect the requester to the relevant contact record.
4. What deletion covers and what may remain
When applicable, deletion can cover the relevant account profile, authentication sessions, workspace membership, contacts, conversations, messages, supported media, notes, assignments, and other eligible active service records.
Deletion may not immediately remove data that Wazzl must retain for a legal obligation, fraud or security investigation, dispute, or to demonstrate that a request was handled. Backup snapshots can retain earlier content until expiry. A restore can reintroduce snapshot content, so Wazzl must reapply verified deletion handling before or while restored data returns to active use. The current system does not promise an automatic re-purge.
Meta, WhatsApp, a workspace customer, an email provider, or another independent party may hold separate copies under its own role and retention rules. A Wazzl deletion request does not automatically delete data from those independent systems.
5. Requests started from Facebook or Meta
If you connected or authorised Wazzl through a Facebook account, you can remove that connection from Facebook:
- Open Facebook and go to Settings & privacy, then Settings.
- Open Apps and websites.
- Select Wazzl and choose Remove.
- If Facebook offers an option to request deletion of information shared with Wazzl, select it and confirm.
Meta can send Wazzl a signed deletion request. Wazzl validates that signature and returns a status URL and confirmation code. Because Meta’s app-scoped identifier alone may not map safely to a Wazzl account or WhatsApp contact, an additional identity or authority check can still be required.
6. Need help?
If the form is unavailable, the verification email does not arrive, or you have lost a confirmation code, contact moustafamohsen1@gmail.com. State only the request type and the email address you can verify. Do not email passwords, tokens, message content, or private media.
