What is covered
The check covers only the public Wazzl API health response and the fact that this website page loaded. It does not independently test sign-in, database operations, email delivery, Meta/WhatsApp provider availability, message delivery, Tawk.to chat, or every workspace function.
Incidents and maintenance
Wazzl uses external availability monitoring and operational alerting. This initial public page does not yet provide a verified historical incident feed or scheduled-maintenance calendar, so it does not display fabricated uptime percentages or event history. Contact support if a problem persists or an important function is not represented by the public check.
Privacy of the check
The status script makes a direct read-only request to /api/health, requests no credentials, disables cache, and renders only a general result. It does not submit account, workspace, contact, or message data and does not use an analytics tracker.
